Paresh Carson Changela

Managing Director/BIC of Equitable Realty Group

Originally from the United Kingdom, where he graduated with a degree in Business Management and then moved to Cary, North Carolina in 1995. Carson initially worked in the pharmaceutical industry as a sales professional and then went on to obtain his Realtor license, followed by his General Contractors license . Having gained these licenses, he has built custom homes, renovated homes and at the same helped numerous clients find their dream homes.

In his dealings with clients he always does what is in the best interest of them, because they are now part of his family. His approach to helping a client buy a home is to ask himself if he would personally want to live there, if the answer is no he will advise the client to walk away and not look for the quick sale to move onto the next client. When listing a home, he makes sure that they get top dollar for it. Over 10 years of experience in the real estate business, has provided him with valuable skills that he uses daily in real estate negotiations, educating homebuyers and sellers, and effectively marketing the team’s listings. Carson’s clients often describe him as detail-oriented, proactive, and fun to be around. Carson lives with his wife, Anju and his 3 grown up kids. He enjoys spending time at the beach, riding his bike, and traveling. Carson proudly volunteers at Habitat for Humanity. His mantra in life is speak good, think good, and do good by all.
